The project partner Right Challenge conducted the testing of IO2 and IO3 in August in Portugal.
The participants were enthusiastic about the modules of the workshop of IO2 and IO3 and can use a lot of content to make themselves independent as a green NGO. The evaluation of the testing evaluation showed that there is no need to make suggestions for improvement.
Here are some visual impressions of the testing:
We are curious how the testing in Germany, Ireland, Romania, Spain, Italy, Greece and Malta will proceed.
Despite the Corona pandemic some project partners try to conduct the testing of the “induction to Pedagogy” training of IO2. Portugal already tested one week ago the modules of IO2. The feedback was quite positive so far. Italy will start the testing of IO2 in September 2020.
We also hope that the testing of the other partners can start this year until November 2020.
All modules of IO2 will be able on the project website in all partner languages in some days:
To increase the attention of Existing NGO Leaders and Staff Members and Social and Green Activists, two videos were created as part of the IO5 output.
The project partners sharing the videos diligently on their social networks and on YouTube.

IO 2 is about the Induction to Pedagogy for NGO staff
IO 3 focusses on Training package for social and green NGO leadership.
The partners are working on presentations and tasks for the blended learning approach.
The first feedback is brillant and the partners are motivated to test the apporach in Italy next year.
NGEnvironment is a great project on fostering skills in the fields of NGOs
which creates trainings for NGO staff members or entrepreneurs who would like
to start an NGO in the future.
The partner take part in the ERASMUS+ days (#ErasmusDays) with actions in the field of
adult education and we are happy to be a member of the great world of ERASMUS+
Your NGEnvironment team
The team of NGEnvironment started into 2019 with work on the
“Induction to Pedagogy for NGO staff”.
Existing NGO staff members will have a key role to play if the innovative immersion and mentoring framework proposed in NGEnvironment is to be successful.
It is anticipated that these staff members will not have any training in pedagogical approaches and will need to complete an appropriate induction training process if the quality of learning is to be safeguarded.
Within this induction training, which will mostly be in a format of e-learning, based on electronic resources, existing NGO staff members will improve their pedagogical skills regarding communication, openness to answer questions, pedagogical methods, risk management and conflict resolution, among others.
