The next NGEnvironment meeting and the LTTA meeting will take place in Reggio Emilia, Italy.The project partner SINERGIE will host the meeting from the 3rd to 07th of February 2020.
Core aspects will be the discussion on the curriculum and the concept. Moreover, teaching and learning materials will be tested on NGO leaders during the transnational training.

The NGEnvironment team is currently preparing the modules of the curricula in two Intellecual Outputs: IO2 and IO3.
IO 2 is about the Induction to Pedagogy for NGO staff
IO 3 focusses on Training package for social and green NGO leadership.
The partners are working on presentations and tasks for the blended learning approach.
The first feedback is brillant and the partners are motivated to test the apporach in Italy next year.
NGEnvironment is a great project on fostering skills in the fields of NGOs
which creates trainings for NGO staff members or entrepreneurs who would like
to start an NGO in the future.
The partner take part in the ERASMUS+ days (#ErasmusDays) with actions in the field of
adult education and we are happy to be a member of the great world of ERASMUS+
Your NGEnvironment team
The team of NGEnvironment started into 2019 with work on the
“Induction to Pedagogy for NGO staff”.
Existing NGO staff members will have a key role to play if the innovative immersion and mentoring framework proposed in NGEnvironment is to be successful.
It is anticipated that these staff members will not have any training in pedagogical approaches and will need to complete an appropriate induction training process if the quality of learning is to be safeguarded.
Within this induction training, which will mostly be in a format of e-learning, based on electronic resources, existing NGO staff members will improve their pedagogical skills regarding communication, openness to answer questions, pedagogical methods, risk management and conflict resolution, among others.
The NGEnvironment team wishes a happy new year.
The work on the description NGOs within the project is currently running and
first results will be provided soon.
The first meeting of the project NGEnvironment offered already at the beginning good insights in the objectives, aims and processes in the different countries.
The current discussion offered already helpful approaches and insights in the countries and the ways to deal with sustainability, Green Economy and NGOs.
The first partner meeting, the NGEnvironment Kick-off Conference started succesfully
startet in Lousada, Portugal. It takes place from the 5th to the 7th of November 2018.
It it hosted by the Portuguese partner Right Challenge, Artur Pinto.
The coordinator, University Paderborn, Prof. Marc Beutner, will lead the #NGEnvironment project and opened the NGEnvironment Kick-off Conference together with Artur Pinto and welcomed all partners.
